Young entrepreneur and experienced Chef Conor Sweeny created and developed Leamhain, with the intenion of making a significant and lasting impact on the Irish food industry. Achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Conor has worked in multiple award-winning restaurants in both Dublin and London. Being a passionate vegetarian since 2012 and exclusively plant-based since 2015, Conor holds an expansive and diverse array of knowledge about the best ingredients and flavour combinations, making every bespoke hand-crafted flavour exquisitely crafted.
Our mission is to provide high-end restaurant quality non-dairy
ice cream to the consumer through Leamhain, while sourcing the
freshest and most sustainable ingredients wherever possible.
